Der Pullover hatte ein Loch und Fäden haben sich schon gelöst, daher wollte ich den Pullover kostenfrei zurückschicken. Der Verkäufer hat meinen Wunsch, den Pullover kostenfrei zurückzuschicken erstmal ignoriert, nach erneuter Bitte meinerseits, aber gesagt, dass der Verkäufer den Rückversand eigentlich nicht bezahlt. Ich habe dann erklärt, dass der Pullover so gar nicht meinen Erwartungen entspricht ( ich habe, da es vintage ist, nicht mit dem besten Zustand gerechnet und trotzdem wurde ich enttäuscht) und ich ihn deshalb kostenfrei zurückschicken will. Diese Nachricht wurde wieder ignoriert und auch nie beantwortet. Im Endeffekt habe ich den Rückversand des Pullovers dann bezahlt. Kein wirklich toller Kundenservice und der Artikel hat mich auch enttäuscht :/
